F40 - 'FIT OVER 40'  2 WEEK CHALLENGE

WEEK 1 

Workout 1


Day 1 | Full Body Dumbbell Workout 

20 Minutes

Our 2 week 'Fit over 40' Mini series kicks off with workout 1.

Smashing a 20 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout.

An all action, all-in-one full body workout In this mini series we will be working a little bit of everything.

Helping to get you fitter, stronger, leaner and more fit, healthy and active

And having a blast while doing so with these super fun, varied workouts

Kicking off today with this all action , full body workout

This workout will have a little bit of everything.

We will have 10 exercises in total, each for 40 seconds of work and 15 second rest between each exercise

Our format for the exercises will be Compound conditioning ,Lower body Isolation, Core, Plyometric, Upper body Isolation

Once we smash our 10 exercises. We will take a quick 30 sec water break before smashing it all over again


Workout 2


Day 2 |  Total Body Home Workout with dumbbells 

20 Minutes


Join me for day 2 in the F40 mini 2 week workout challenge as we hit a 20 Min Total Body Home Workout with dumbbells.

The same set up as yesterday so you should know the drill with this total body workout.

10 Exercises packing in a little bit of everything Compound conditioning Lower body Isolation Core Plyometric Upper body Isolation

We work our way through the 10 exercises with 40 seconds of work and 15 secs rest

Before a quick 30 second rest and water break, before smashing it one more time Muscles worked, heart rate up , sweat flowing, fat burning

Workout 3


Day 3 - Sculpted Full Body Workout  

20 Minutes


Onto Day 3 of our 'fit over 40' challenge and back with another Sculpting 20 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout

You know the drill with this Full body dumbbell workout

10 Exercises for a complete all in one workout

Compound conditioning Lower body Isolation Core Plyometric Upper body Isolation

We work our way through the 10 exercises with 40 seconds of work and 15 secs rest Before a quick 30 second rest and water break, before smashing it one more time

Muscles worked, heart rate up , sweat flowing, fat burning

 

Workout 4


Day 4 | Absolute 20 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout  

20 minutes


Join me for Day 4 of our fit over 40 challenge with another Absolute 20 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout

I don't know about you , but I'm having a blast with these full body dumbbell workouts

The workouts feel like they absolutely fly by

smashing a little bit of everything all in one awesome workout

Compound conditioning Lower body Isolation Core Plyometric Upper body Isolation

Once we smash our 10 exercises. We will take a quick 30 sec water break before smashing it all over again

WEEK 2 - Increased Intensity   
Workout 1


Increased Intensity Full Body Workout With Dumbbells

30 Minutes


Week 2 of F40 which is day 5 of the mini challenge and we are back with an Increased Intensity Full Body Workout With Dumbbells.

We are upping the intensity with our full body workouts this week in more way than one

Instead of 10 exercises per round , we are now doing 12

Instead of 2 rounds , we are now doing 3

Taking the workouts this week to just over the 30 minute mark

We will be sticking with a similar set up covering a little bit of everything

Compound conditioning Lower body Isolation Core Plyometric Upper body Isolation

3 rounds of this is going to be a toughie , but you've got this

Workout 2  


Torching Total Body Workout with dumbbells  

30 Minutes


Day 6 of the mini challenge and we are back with another Increased Intensity 30 Min Total Body Home Workout with dumbbells

Like yesterday, upping the intensity with this Workout

Instead of 10 exercises per round , we are now doing 12

Instead of 2 rounds , we are now doing 3

Taking the workouts this week up a notch to just over the 30 minute mark

Compound conditioning Lower body Isolation Core Plyometric Upper body Isolation

Everything covered in 3 tough rounds

Workout 3


Penultimate Full Body Dumbbell Workout   

30 Minutes


The penultimate workout of the F40 - Fit over 40 challenge and back with another 30 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout.

Another super tough and super fun all-in-one full body workout

You already know the drill this week.

Instead of 10 exercises per round , we are now doing 12

Instead of 2 rounds , we are now doing 3

Taking the workouts this week up a notch to just over the 30 minute mark.

Smashing our Compound conditioning, Lower body Isolation, Core ,Plyometric, Upper body Isolation Everything covered in 3 tough rounds for an amazing all-in-one , all action workout

Workout 4


The Final Full Body Workout

30 mins


The final day of the F40 - fit over 40 mini challenge.

Finishing with another Ultimate Full Body Workout

One final time we have the same set up we have been running

All week 12 exercises for 3 rounds with 40 seconds of work and 15 secs rest

Smashing our all-in-one format

Compound conditioning, Lower body Isolation ,Core ,Plyometric, Upper body Isolation
